Managed dedicated team

If you choose for the Managed Dedicated Team option, Daxx takes the team members' management for you under control. The princip is the same as at the Dedicated Team option, only there is an enlargement of responsibility at the side of Daxx for performance of the team. Daxx takes care for the delivery of projects according to the specifications, in time and within the budget. By using our Managed Dedicated Team you reduce the management pressure on your internal organisation.

The price for a Dedicated Team is clear and based on the employee's salary plus a fee for using our facilities and services. The fee of the 'management add-on' has a conditional component which depends on the performance. This is used as an incentive for our project managers and other specialist to achieve the best results.
