Nearshore dedicated team

Creation your own nearshore team:

* Set up the requirements to the profile of the needed developer(s) by the customer;

* Recruitment, selection and testing of candidates by Daxx HRM;

* Preselection and interviews by the customer (by phone and on location in Ukraine or in the Netherlands);

* Eventually a short introductionary working period for getting acquainted at the customer's office;

If you choose the Dedicated Team option, the management will be performed by yourself. You instruct the developers directly. Daxx recruits suitable candidates according to your requirements and presents them to the customer. After this, you can interview the candidate by phone or face-to-face. Eventually the selected candidates come to the Netherlands for a certain period to get acquainted with you, your project and the team.

The created team is managed by you. Daxx' Project Management Portal may be used as an helpful tool. Daxx' role is confined to assurance of the necessary facilities and HR tasks. The latter includes not only recruitment, but also evaluation of the team members each 6 months.

Our prices are clear and are based on the employee's salary plus a fee for the use of our facilities. Members of a Dedicated Team may also work at your location in the Netherlands. Daxx uses the rules as stated in the Dutch government's Kennismigrantenregeling.
